You may cancel your order anytime before shipment for immediate refund, just send us a message at Support@Mojecto.com. Once the product is shipped, the buyer is responsible for returned shipping for any reason.

If you need to return a product, please contact us at Support@Mojecto.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return, we will respond quickly to your request. Returned shipping is paid by the buyer.

You can return your product for a full refund up to 14 days after delivery.  Returns made beyond this time limit will be refused. Returned shipping is paid by the buyer.
