Returns, Refunds & Shipping
Here at Mojecto.com, we are committed to 100% customer satisfaction:
- You may cancel your order anytime before shipment for immediate refund, just send us a message at Support@Mojecto.com. Once the product is shipped, the buyer is responsible for returned shipping for any reason.
- If you need to return a product, please contact us at Support@Mojecto.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return, we will respond quickly to your request.
- You can return your product for a full refund up to 14 days after delivery. Returns made beyond this time limit will be refused. Returned shipping is paid by the buyer.
- If the cooler bag is damaged or defective upon arrival, pictures of damaged or defective cooler bag will be required before returns or exchanges are accepted. Replacements/Refund will be done after the damaged cooler bag is received.
- Please return a non damaged and non defective cooler bag, lunch bags and backpacks in the same condition (properly sealed, boxed and never used) for the refund to be given. Returned shipping will be paid by the buyer.
- You should expect your refund within three days after we have received the product.
- We guarantee shipping time but not the delivery time as due to COVID 19, delivery time may vary
