Warranty Claims

 For warranty claim please contact Support@Mojecto.com with your order ID

• Our warranty covers three months from the date of purchase against any manufacturing defect as long as product is available and not discontinued. Warranty does not cover products which are discontinued and not available on the market.
• If manufacturing defect appears within three months of the date of purchase and if you are the original owner, and product is still available, you can initiate your warranty for the replacement.
• Warranty does not cover shipping cost and handling charges. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and handling charges. Warranty only applies to the products purchased from us (Wizead Inc)
• Our warranty only covers manufacturing defects which typically appear within a few weeks of purchase. Our warranty does not cover defects or damage from normal wear and tear and improper use of product.
• Mojecto products must be used as described.
• Returned shipping will be paid by customer if customer order wrong product for any reason.
